WordPress Developer (Contract / Part-Time)
Masters of Digital – Remote (AU/NZ preferred)
We’re looking for an experienced, self-directed developer to join us on a contract basis to help maintain and build websites for a small, loyal group of clients.
You’ll work directly with the agency owner (me) and directly interact with clients, so communication is just as important as code quality.

- Comfortable with PHP, JS, HTML/CSS
- You can troubleshoot server issues (cPanel, DNS, SSL)
- You can work independently and flag issues early
- You care about clean code, smart problem-solving, and delivering solid results
- Bonus: Experience with multisite, CRMs, or API integrations
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and improve client websites
- Perform plugin and core updates safely (staging/testing)
- Assist with occasional custom development (e.g., dashboards, portals)
- Investigate bugs and offer proactive solutions
- (Optional) Help refine an internal tool we’ve been building.
How We Work
- We’re a small, ethical agency — no burnout, no BS
- Clear briefs, no unnecessary meetings
- We prefer long-term relationships over churn-and-burn projects

- Flexible schedule, fully remote
- Pay based on experience ($65–$85/hr as a guide)
Job Types: Contract, Subcontract
