Ravel builds and maintains websites on a range of different content management systems that have different objectives depending on the client. The Web Developer role at Ravel is responsible for website development needs ranging from website development projects and website maintenance, liaising with clients, and supporting the team and client base as needed. The responsibilities include the following:
- Website upgrades, maintenance, and general development support
- Creation of new websites in accordance with best practice and content management systems that suit the client’s and business’ needs
- Client communications when needed and relevant regarding website maintenance and projects
- Supporting quoting and pitching for new website maintenance and development projects
- Managing hosting plans for Ravel and the Ravel client base
- Ensure that websites and development projects meet the highest standards
- Maintaining a highly billable utilisation rate and minimal write-offs due to oversight
The successful candidate must have:
- A Master of Science Degree in Information Technology
- 3+ years experience as a full-stack developer in front and back technologies, with essential platform and CMS experience including HTML, CSS, PHP, NodeJS, Express JS, React Native, JavaScript, MySQL, SQLITE, JSON, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and Headless CMS
- 3+ years agency experience working autonomously on development projects, communicating with internal team members and clients
- 1+ years of technical SEO experience

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
