Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly software applications and custom CRMs. You’ll work across both frontend and backend, delivering full-stack solutions that help businesses streamline operations, solve real-world challenges, and turn innovative ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
- Assist in deploying applications and monitoring production systems.
- Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing.
Skills and Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–3 years of work experience.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, or other modern web frameworks.
- Strong background in backend development, including building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in database design and optimisation (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and implementing generative AI solutions.
- Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of CRM integration and backend process automation.
- Expertise in AWS or similar cloud hosting environments, including deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing (e.g., WebSockets, event-driven architecture).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
