Masters of Digital – Remote (AU/NZ preferred)

We’re looking for an experienced, self-directed developer to join us on a contract basis to help maintain and build websites for a small, loyal group of clients.

You’ll work directly with the agency owner (me) and directly interact with clients, so communication is just as important as code quality.

About You

  • Comfortable with PHP, JS, HTML/CSS
  • You can troubleshoot server issues (cPanel, DNS, SSL)
  • You can work independently and flag issues early
  • You care about clean code, smart problem-solving, and delivering solid results
  • Bonus: Experience with multisite, CRMs, or API integrations

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve client websites
  • Perform plugin and core updates safely (staging/testing)
  • Assist with occasional custom development (e.g., dashboards, portals)
  • Investigate bugs and offer proactive solutions
  • (Optional) Help refine an internal tool we’ve been building.

How We Work

  • We’re a small, ethical agency — no burnout, no BS
  • Clear briefs, no unnecessary meetings
  • We prefer long-term relationships over churn-and-burn projects

Availability & Pay

  • Estimated 10–20 hours per month to start
  • Flexible schedule, fully remote
  • Pay based on experience ($65–$85/hr as a guide)

Job Types: Contract, Subcontract
